What you’ll love and hate
This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the river view was stunning. Delicious food at the restaurant perfectly complemented the friendly service.
Cleanliness issues marred our experience. we found a hole near the fridge and the shower had some problems.

the tiny nook for breakfast was an absolute disaster, barely room for 2, not to mention poor air conditioning was a serious letdown. also, i expected some kind of welcome gift for my stay, but alas, i was treated like any ordinary person. was almost going to rate higher, but just couldn’t overlook these failures.

The staff was friendly and the overall
experience was enjoyable, especially with the live music at the riverside bar. However, the wait times for food could be improved and some amenities seemed a bit dated.

We had an incredible stay with the kids, especially enjoying the sunset cruise offered on the river. The room was spacious enough for our family, and the dinner at the restaurant was a real highlight for us all.
For dads, it would be great to have more activities for kids.

Had an awesome stay with great breakfast options like yummy yogurt and comfy queen bed. The fire pit and garden were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Just a heads up, the check-in process was a bit confusing, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😊
